Ingredients: Ingredients; 16 oz container Plain Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt; 1 cucumber,; 1 clove garlic,; 1 tsp fresh parsley,; 1 tsp fresh mint,; 1 tsp fresh lemon juice; 1 dash salt; pepper to taste

Tzatziki, cacık or tarator is a dip, soup, or sauce found in the cuisines of Southeast Europe and the Middle East.

Ingredients

16 oz container Plain Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Curabitur aliquet quam id dui posuere blandit.

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp fresh mint, chopped

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 dash salt

pepper to taste

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and fold together.

Leave it for 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

Makes about 2 cups.
