These sauteed cinnamon apples are tender, sticky, sweet, and spiced just right.
Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add coconut oil and after it melts add an apple in a single layer, and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
Cook on each side until the apple is browned, flip over the other side and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
When the apple is ready sprinkle with a little brown sugar and stir to melt. Let the apples cook until they are as brown and soft as you like them.
